I ordered this for my KitchenAid KFP500, and it fits well. The dough blade is plastic but feels sturdy enough. It did a decent job kneading bread dough – not as heavy-duty as metal, but it held up. The adapter is a nice addition, ensuring a secure fit. Made in France, which is a plus. However, at 500W, the motor strained a bit with thick dough. Also, no warranty included, so you're on your own if it breaks. For $14.99, it's a good backup blade.
